The job in short
For our Commercial Finance (“Comfin”) Customer Journey team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced project lead to boost the migration of 600 clients in NL and BE from SFTP to a standardized and productized way of transferring files from the client to ING (IBC= Inside business Connect).
Your place of work
The Comfin Product Delivery team is part of ING Bank NL – Business Banking and offers services in the field of Working Capital Financing (debtor financing / factoring, inventory and import financing). Thanks to our modern and innovative attitude, we always find suitable financial solutions for our customers, now and in the future. The team in which you work is about the ComFin Portals and interfaces including the data integrations with our clients. You will be working on a specific project that aims to migrate the file-transfer, initiated by our customers, from the current SFTP implementation to the secure and reliable ING Inside Business Connect solution .
Specific demands of this job
Your job will be to setup, lead and hands-on support the project to move all our clients from the SFTP-connection to the new IBC connection.
• Analyze the results of an already carried out pilot and translate these results to the project approach and planning
• Build and execute a project approach and planning and align on it with the project stakeholders both internal (Customer Loyalty Teams, ComFin Sales, IT) and external (clients, external partner)
• Keeping track of progress and make this transparent to the internal stakeholders
• Build and execute a client communication plan
• Keep a vigilant focus on the result of the project, boosting progress constantly while not loosing process and communication quality out of sight
Who you are
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• You have at least 4 - 5 years experience working as a project lead at the intersection between business, clients and IT.
• Proven experience in the field of business banking / midcorporate clients is an advantage.
• You can initiate and coordinate projects, and show sensitivity to the environment and an ability to really support when doing so.
• You know how to effectively balance the need to comply with legal and regulatory requirements with the customer’s interests.
• You can explain complex issues in simple terms that others understand and support fully, and you use your analytical skills for this.
• You enjoy getting results and quickly switch from analysis and reflection to concrete action.
• You are a real team player with a positive mindset; you see opportunities.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Speaking and writing French is an advantage.
